Linear construction's traverses

Sometimes, in the course of work, it becomes necessary to move oversized, bulky or heavy loads. For this purpose, special equipment is used-linear traverses. Their production is offered by our plant Gruzopodem. Traverses are used to minimize manual labor, facilitate and accelerate the production process.

We offer the production of linear traverses with different types of fasteners. The most popular models are considered to be with a central mount, equipped with special clamps that provide reliable fastening to the transported loads, allowing the use of slings and hooks.

The main characteristics of the produced linear traverse:

• It is used for lifting and moving loads of any mass
• They are attached to the crane hook through the central eye or a two-branch sling
• They are an intermediate element between the crane hook and the load
• Allows you to lift the load as high as possible in conditions of lifting height restrictions
• Traverses are equipped with grippers, rotary, non-rotating hooks, brackets, slings and other elements for hooking the load
• When working with large and long loads, it allows you to avoid bending stress in the load and fastening elements.

The linear traverse has a simple design, which makes it affordable. The presence of a mounting in the center allows it to be used in rooms with a height restriction. As for additional fasteners that ensure the performance of loading and unloading operations with different types of cargo, these can be:

• Rope or round-row slings. They are indispensable when it is necessary to move fittings, pipes or lumber.
• Slings with grips. They are used in ports and cargo terminals to move containers with cargo.
• Pallets and crates. You can't do without them when loading and unloading building materials, equipment,and rolled metal.
